I've participated in various works related to politics to inform the public about voting and running candidates!

Political Campaigns

I was the leader of two student groups of political campaign projects for three years to campaign US Rep. Michelle Steel (for both her terms) and CA Representative Diane Dixon. During the campaign season, I spent about 8 hours per week for 10 weeks.

Before they were elected to their positions, I participated in their student campaign projects including foot canvassing and call campaigns. I mainly informed the public about how to vote, the running candidates, and took data about their opinions on local political issues.

Michelle Steel Internship

After successfully leading student campaign groups (for three years) for US Rep. Michelle Steel, I was granted the opportunity to intern at her office in Cypress the summer after 11th grade.

During the internship, I mainly managed the campaign groups by creating promotional pamphlets and keeping track of their progress. I also taught campaign groups how to effectively talk to citizens when they go foot canvassing. Lastly, I collected, organized, and analyzed the data we received from the campaigns.
